Job Description

Role Objective:

You are the driver of Lead Generation for the company. Your primary goal is to maintain a consistent flow of high-intent leads through SMM, Content Marketing, Ads, WhatsApp etc. while managing the entire digital "show." You are responsible for everything from content capture to ad optimization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation Engine: Direct ownership of the lead generation target. You must design, launch, and manage high-performance ad campaigns to feed the sales team daily.
  • Performance Marketing: Continuous A/B testing of creatives, audience targeting, and funnel optimization to lower CPL while increasing lead quality.
  • Full Show Management: Manage all digital touch points, Facebook, Instagram, Google, and WhatsApp Marketing. You are the architect of the brand's online presence.
  • On-Site Content Production: Visit project sites (e.g., Hoskote) at least twice a week to shoot raw, authentic Reels and construction updates. No stock footage, real content only.
  • Creative Design & Editing: Act as the in-house designer and video editor (Canva/CapCut/Premiere) to turn site footage into "stop-scrolling" ad creatives.
  • Data-Driven Reporting: Maintain a daily dashboard of ad spends, lead counts, and conversion metrics. You must "manage the show" by identifying and fixing gaps in the funnel immediately.


Remuneration:

  • Fixed Salary: 1,80,000 to 2,00,000 per annum.
  • Performance Bonus: Aggressive monthly bonuses tied directly to Lead Volume and Target CPL achievement.
  • Joining: Immediate Joiners Only.
