Role Overview

We are hiring a State Credit Head to lead SME credit operations across Rajasthan. The role involves driving high-quality underwriting, maintaining a healthy portfolio, and ensuring credit policy compliance while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead credit appraisal and approval for SME proposals across the state.
• Ensure robust financial analysis and risk assessment as per policy.
• Monitor portfolio quality, delinquencies, and early warning indicators.
• Guide and develop a team of credit managers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Collections to enable smooth business flow.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory norms, and audit standards.

Requirements

• MBA/CA/Finance graduate preferred.
• 812 years of SME/MSME/LAP credit experience in an NBFC or bank.
• Strong analytical skills, financial understanding, and market awareness.
• Team handling experience with a focus on quality and TAT.
