Vadodara / Gurgaon
Immediate to 30 Days Joiners Preferred
Role Level: Team Lead / Assistant Manager / Manager / SME (Individual Contributor)
We are hiring a seasoned US Mortgage Origination expert with 5+ years of experience handling the complete loan lifecycle.
Key Requirements:
End-to-end Origination (Pre-Approval to Funding)
Conventional, FHA, VA & Jumbo expertise
LOS: Encompass / Black Knight / Calyx
AUS: DU / LPA
Strong understanding of TILA, RESPA/TRID, HMDA, ECOA
Stakeholder Management & Client-Facing exposure
QC Audits & Process Improvement experience
This is a high-impact SME role with visibility across operations, compliance, and client interactions.
