At Superset, were building tools that simplify and elevate campus recruitment for universities and employers. Were looking for a Recruitment Operations SME who enjoys working closely with clients, solving operational challenges, and creating great recruitment experiences.

• Own onboarding and rollout of the Superset platform for university partners.
• Train and support placement teams during live recruitment drives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for university stakeholders and handle escalations.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with university POCs and internal teams.
• Support platform adoption by resolving operational issues and sharing best practices.
• Track recruitment metrics, identify gaps, and improve workflows to reduce time-to-hire.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team growth.
• Ensure recruitment processes align with relevant compliance and guidelines.

• 1+ year of experience in customer success, operations, account management, or a client-facing role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A customer-first mindset with an eye on long-term value.
• Comfort working in fast-moving, execution-focused environments.
• Experience with SaaS or tech platforms is a plus
