Job Description
Responsibilities
Project management which will include developing project plans, processes, and timeline
Design, manage and run customized reports for category managers, directors, and executives
Assist in developing commercial evaluation criteria
Supplier Segmentation support
Identify & implement standardization within process
Develop and own critical Master Data Management inputs. These include, but are not limited to BU Tier mapping (DRM), Sourcing Taxonomy, and Region/Country/City/Site mappings
Maintain rhythms with key stakeholders/customers as a means of checking in on data quality issues and pending action items
Conduct Executive Presentations for project updates as well as extended training of spend analytics tools, often to an audience of 100+ participants
Partner with Data Science team to ensure implementation of MDM standards across platforms (Spend, Savings, Cash, Contracts, Preferred Supplier, and others that will be implemented)
Executive Dashboard Summary level Data Visualizations on Tableau
Data Extraction Tool Finance Data Store
Manage Project of developing new tools/visualization aimed at proactive analytics/forecasting models
Develop and drive framework, case studies, benchmarking for S2P processes, collaterals to become a leading provider of S2P service for clients.
Work with Subject Matter Specialist in the designing of effective end to end Source to Pay framework to improve metrics and cost effectiveness of S2P processes
Actively engage with CEO, CFO, Global controller to understand customer problem statement, perform diagnostics and commercialize the product offering.
Lead S2P discussions with clients as a subject matter specialist
Lead and Build proposals, transformation projects, solutions, and other projects
Analyze and solve business problems at their root. Perform analysis on weekly and monthly spend data, process inflow, requisition, and purchase order related queries to identify root causes and work towards reducing the defect rate.
Build and manage key stakeholder relationships and adapt existing data and digital solutions/technologies e.g., RCA/ RPA Methodology development. Follow established methods on projects & drive operational controls for all projects and teams.
Proactively take action and identify Continuous Improvement opportunities.
Solid knowledge of Request to Pay process including knowledge on Process Order Processing and Buying Channel Creation and Maintenance
Strong analysis skills, comfortable with Excel, Tableau, Fusion Insights (Fusion Insights can be trained)
Process knowledge (e.g., capable of updating standard operating procedures)
Comfortable working with high level instruction and can drive forward own tasks / work / projects / delegated responsibilities
Strong relationship skills and can work with countries, Global Category Managers (GCMs), Network resource and suppliers to drive require outcomes
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including a strong working knowledge of Excel
Develop client category strategy, baseline, and market intelligence documents, category management approach per the 5-step sourcing process
Managed category team dealing with tactical Buy Requests, develop and recommending specifications, run RFP for supply base, gather / analyze responses / conduct negotiations
Spot Buy Requests, solicit supplier bids, negotiation of final bids and, submit for approval
In Depth knowledge of E-Sourcing managing e-RF events, create templates, conduct supplier trainings, run events & share analysis.
Proactively address gaps in process standards, training, and documentation, identify and recommend improvement ideas for efficiency & simplification of integration processes.
Work with Genpact client delivery teams to provide subject matter expertise and identify use cases that can be productized and commercialized

Good Understanding of Sourcing & Procurement Domain.
Good Understanding of Technology Landscape like Data Science / AI / ML / Data Engineering concepts
Familiarity with big data and analytics architecture (e.g., Data Lakes)
Executive Presentation Skills
People Management Experience
Preferred Qualifications
Good competency in any Indirect Sourcing Category
Category expertise in Marketing and sales
Knowledge of systems landscape in S2P space
Effective at narrating the story from the data using compelling presentations
Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work
Experience managing data for multiple Oracle, SAP, and other ERP platforms
