About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Slack Developer with strong experience in building, customizing, and integrating Slack applications and workflows. The ideal candidate will help enhance communication and productivity through smart automation and seamless integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy custom Slack apps, bots, and workflows using Slack API and Bolt SDK (Node.js/Python)

Integrate Slack with internal systems and third-party platforms (Jira, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Google Workspace, etc.)

Build interactive features like slash commands, modals, and shortcuts

Implement OAuth 2.0 authentication, event subscriptions, and webhooks

Collaborate with IT and product teams to deliver automation solutions

Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain Slack integrations

Ensure security, scalability, and proper documentation

Required Skills & Experience

5/6+ years of software development experience

Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python

Hands-on experience with Slack API, Bolt SDK, and Web API

Experience with REST APIs and webhooks

Knowledge of OAuth and security best practices

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Good to Have

Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or Salesforce integrations

Exposure to AWS Lambda or serverless platforms

Knowledge of workflow automation / ChatOps
