As an RM-Sky Channel-Contact Centre Inbound representative, you will be the voice of Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd, providing exceptional customer service and support.   • Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security protocols when handling customer information.
