Job Description
- Answer inbound calls from customers, addressing their queries and concerns related to credit cards.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on card features, benefits, and terms and conditions.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional card products and services to existing customers, identifying opportunities to enhance their financial journey.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to offer tailored recommendations to customers.
