Job Description
- Engage with customers through various channels (in-person, video call, tele call) to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Cross-sell asset and liability products, including home loans, LAP, personal loans, gold loans, working capital, and more, to existing customers.
- Deepen relationships with customers by offering tailored liability products and ensuring timely conversion of business opportunities.
- Convert leads generated by VRM and CEC teams into successful sales, driving business growth.
- Collaborate closely with LI, GI, KSEC, IC, and Asset teams to ensure efficient and timely conversion of business opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing excellent service and upgrading their category status.
- Acquire new customers through family household referrals and cross-sell business services to existing customers.
- Demonstrate and explain the bank's facilities and services to customers, both online and offline, to enhance their banking experience.
- Enroll customers in relevant services that align with their financial goals and needs.
