Core Purpose

A Skincare Therapist works in an aesthetic or medical clinic to assess and treat clients skin concerns, provide customized skincare treatments, support cosmetic procedures (non-surgical), educate clients, and help them achieve healthy, improved skin.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Consultation & Assessment

• Conduct detailed skin analysis to evaluate skin type, condition, and concerns.
• Discuss clients goals, treatment options, and tailor protocols to individual needs.

2. Perform Skincare Treatments

• Carry out clinical and cosmetic procedures such as:
• Facials and deep cleansing
• Chemical peels
• Microdermabrasion
• Hydration therapies
• Skin rejuvenation or anti-aging treatments

3. Pre- and Post-Treatment Education

• Explain treatment processes and benefits clearly to clients.
• Provide customized aftercare guidance and home skincare regimens.

4. Product & Treatment Recommendations

• Advise clients on professional products and maintenance routines.
• Suggest additional services or upgrades to enhance results.

5. Clinic Standards, Safety & Hygiene

• Ensure instruments and treatment areas are sanitized and compliant with health standards.
• Follow all safety protocols during treatments.

6. Documentation & Administration

• Record client details, treatment modalities, progress notes, and feedback.
• Assist with appointment bookings and follow-ups as needed.
• Tele calling activity on cold leads provided by the company.

7. Team Collaboration

• Work with doctors, dermatologists, nurses, or senior therapists on treatment plans.
• Attend training or meetings to stay updated on industry techniques.
