We at Coforge are hiring a Sitecore Solution Architect - Digital Experience (DXP) with the following Skillset:

Job Description -

• Own end-to-end Sitecore architecture (XM/XP/Headless): content, integration, security, and non-functional requirements.
• Establish Helix-compliant modular structures; define coding standards, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub).
• Guide engineering on serialization (Unicorn/TDS), pipelines/events, DI/config, search (Solr/Azure), caching, personalization, and headless (JSS/Next.js).
• Orchestrate cloud-native deployments (Azure/Kubernetes); enforce environment parity, secrets management, and automated quality gates.
• Define composable commerce patterns (Storefront, Checkout, Pricing, Catalog, OMS) for Shopify & SAP Commerce Cloud.
• Implement integrations (REST/GraphQL, microservices, middleware), payment/tax/shipping, PIM/DAM, marketplaces, CDN/WAF.
• Drive B2C/B2B capabilities, headless storefronts (Next.js/React), and performance benchmarking.
• Establish DevOps for commerce: blue-green deployments, test automation, performance testing, and observability.
• Build accelerators: starter kits, reusable components, integration packs, CI/CD templates, and reference architectures.
• Publish documentation (ADRs, runbooks) and enforce governance for adoption.
• Track accelerator impact (cycle-time, defect rate, performance) and iterate based on feedback.
• Lead RFI/RFP/RFQ responses: solution approach, architecture, differentiators, delivery plan, and effort models.
• Build demos/POCs and workshops; articulate composable narratives and platform trade-offs (Sitecore vs Shopify vs SAP Commerce Cloud).
• Collaborate with sales on battlecards, competitive positioning; support orals and due diligence.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities (personalization, CDP, analytics, experimentation) and shape roadmaps.
• Act as trusted advisor to client architects and business stakeholders; convert goals into actionable technical plans.
• Mentor senior engineers/tech leads; uplift capability in architecture, performance, and secure coding.
• Drive risk management and issue resolution; maintain transparent status, decision logs, and enforce compliance.
• Expertise in Sitecore XM/XP/Headless (JSS/Next.js) and Helix architecture.
• Strong knowledge of serialization (Unicorn/TDS), pipelines/events, DI/config, multisite/multilingual setups.
• Proficient in search (Solr/Azure), caching strategies, and security hardening.
• Hands-on with DevOps/CI-CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub), IaC (ARM/Bicep/Terraform), and observability tools (AppInsights, logs/traces).
• Deep understanding of catalog, pricing, promotions, checkout, OMS, and B2B features (accounts, contracts, quotes).
• Experience with headless storefronts (Next.js/React), GraphQL/REST, webhooks, multi-store/multilingual, and multi-currency setups.
• Skilled in integrations: payment gateways, tax, shipping, PIM/DAM, ERP/CRM, marketplaces (eBay/Amazon).
• Focus on performance, scalability, SEO preservation, and compliance (PCI, GDPR) across B2C/B2B flows.
• Working knowledge of Optimizely (CMS, CMP, Personalization/Experimentation) and Acquia (Drupal, Site Factory, Cloud, CDP) with ability to transpose patterns and accelerators.

Required Qualifications -

• 15+ years in enterprise web engineering; 6+ years delivering complex, multi-site/multi-geo programs on Sitecore.
• 3+ years designing and delivering Commerce solutions on Shopify and/or SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris).
• 2+ years in pre-sales solutioning for DXP/Commerce implementations (mandatory).

Certifications -

• Sitecore certifications required; Shopify and/or SAP Commerce Cloud certifications preferred.
• Optimizely/Acquia credentials are a plus.
