Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sitecore Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Sitecore CMS and exposure to Sitecore CDP (Customer Data Platform). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in developing and managing Sitecore-based solutions, along with experience in personalization, customer data integration, and digital experience optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain web applications using Sitecore CMS.
• Design and implement Sitecore templates, renderings, layouts, and workflows.
• Work on Sitecore CDP integration for customer data management and personalization.
• Implement personalization rules and marketing automation features.
• Integrate Sitecore with third-party systems, APIs, and external data sources.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and marketing teams.
• Optimize performance and ensure scalability of Sitecore solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Participate in deployments and CI/CD processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in Sitecore CMS development.
• Hands-on experience or exposure to Sitecore CDP.
• Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET MVC / .NET Core.
• Experience with: Sitecore Helix principles, SXA (Sitecore Experience Accelerator), Personalization & Marketing features
• Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience with SQL Server.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Sitecore Certification (good to have).
• Experience with Azure cloud services.
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
