Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement Sitecore solutions, including creating custom templates, components, and Sitecore-powered pages. Design and configure Sitecore content structures, data templates, and items in alignment with project requirements. Implement Sitecore APIs, services, and Sitecore Experience Platform (XP) features such as personalization, A/B testing, and content management. Integrate Sitecore with third-party systems (CRM, ERP, marketing automation, etc.) and external APIs. Customize and extend Sitecore features, including Sitecore MVC, Web API, and Helix principles. Collaborate with UX/UI designers and other developers to create responsive, dynamic, and user-friendly websites. Implement SEO best practices, including on-page SEO optimization and metadata configuration within Sitecore. Participate in Sitecore platform upgrades, patches, and migrations, ensuring seamless transitions between versions. Optimize Sitecore sites for performance, scalability, and security. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that follows industry best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Sitecore performance, integrations, and security. Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployments and version control management (using Git or other tools). Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Stay current with new Sitecore features, updates, and industry trends to continuously improve skills and team practices. Required Skills and Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Sitecore CMS (Sitecore 8.x, 9.x, 10.x). Strong knowledge of Sitecore APIs, templates, items, and pipelines. Proficiency in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and related technologies. Solid understanding of Sitecore Experience Platform (XP) and Sitecore Experience Commerce (XC). Experience with Sitecore Helix architecture and best practices for modular development. Familiarity with front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Experience integrating Sitecore with external systems, APIs, and databases. Knowledge of version control systems (Git, TFS) and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Sitecore Analytics, Personalization, and Sitecore Marketing Automation features. Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for Sitecore-based applications. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and cloud deployments is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment. Nice-to-Have: Sitecore certification (Sitecore 9/10 Development or Sitecore Architecture). Experience with Sitecore JSS (JavaScript Services) or Sitecore SXA (Experience Accelerator). Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Knowledge of containerization, Docker, and modern development practices
