About the Role

We deliver modern sports infrastructure such as padel courts, pickleball courts, football turfs, and multi-sport facilities. We are looking for Site Supervisors to manage on-site execution across civil, electrical, and plumbing works, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities civil, electrical, and plumbing works
• Coordinate with contractors, electricians, plumbers, turf installers, fencing and lighting vendors
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines
• Monitor levels, alignments, drainage, lighting systems, and basic MEP installations
• Maintain daily site reports, progress photos, and work updates
• Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and discipline

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma in Civil / Construction / Electrical / Mechanical / Building Technology
• 03 years experience (Freshers welcome)
• Willingness to work on-site and travel between project locations

Software Skills

• MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• AutoCAD (ACAD) reading and basic mark-ups
• WhatsApp / digital tools for site reporting and coordination

Compensation

• CTC: 3.5 LPA 4 LPA
