Site Supervisor / Site Engineer – Interior Execution

About the Role

The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of project execution as an Operations Lead, managing the project lifecycle from initiation to final delivery. The candidate should be confident in engaging with clients, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring seamless execution with high quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to execution
• Engage with clients regularly and provide updates on ongoing, upcoming, and completed activities
• Coordinate with manpower agencies and vendors to ensure timely allocation of resources
• Foster strong communication and teamwork among clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain weekly progress reports and track project milestones
• Work closely with design professionals and installation teams to ensure execution as per design plans
• Ensure quality standards, safety, and timelines are maintained throughout execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Architecture (preferred from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges)
• Alternate qualification: B.Tech (Civil/Architecture) + MBA (RICS/NICMAR)
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in executing corporate or residential interior fit-out projects
• Strong understanding of project management principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• High attention to detail with a quality-first mindset
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities
• High ownership mindset with entrepreneurial attitude
