Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor (Retail Fit-out) located in Gurugram. The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day retail fit-out operations, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and compliance with safety standards. Key responsibilities include supervising construction teams, managing schedules, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, ensuring project specifications are met, and providing on-site solutions to arising challenges. The role involves close collaboration with other project team members to maintain efficiency and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and manage construction teams and on-site operations effectively
• Knowledge in Retail & Office Operations and familiarity with retail fit-out best practices
• Understanding of Product Knowledge to ensure accuracy and quality in the fit-out process
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with stakeholders, clients, and team members professionally
• Proficiency in planning and organizational skills
• Ability to resolve on-site challenges efficiently
• Relevant experience in retail fit-out or commercial projects
• A diploma or degree in construction management, architecture, interior design, or related field is preferred
