Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Supervisor and Project manager for our office in Gurugram to majorly manage interior project quality check. The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for daily site supervision, ensuring that construction activities comply with safety regulations and project specifications. Duties include supervising construction workers, inspecting sites, quality checks, managing schedules, and maintaining clear and effective communication with the project team. The role requires adherence to construction safety standards and ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.

• Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision experience
• Need experience in executing luxury interior project
• Effective Communication skills
• Inspection and Construction Safety skills
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
• Ability to manage project schedules and timelines
• Experience in handling onsite construction challenges
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
