We are Expanding our Team!

We are looking to hire for the Role of'Site - Sales Head / Team Leader' or'Assistant TL' who is enthusiastic, open to learning & contributing from day zero.


Job description:

- Manage the sales team and make sure that sales happen.

- Training the sales team and guiding them toward their desired/expected goals

- You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.

- Candidate should have excellent communication skills.

- Tactically answering all possible queries of clients.

- Understand client needs and challenges to propose tailored solutions.

- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring win-win outcomes

- Closely following up with the visited clients and trying to close the deal.

- Making sure that client data privacy is maintained.

- Report on sales activities to management.

- Providing proper feedback on closure meeting leads.

- Follow-up for Payments / Current Dues with Clients.

- Handling the CRM Team and tracking the disbursements of funds.


Location:

Mumbai Western Suburbs - Kandivali to Andheri


Years of Experience:

3 - 4 years


CTC Range:

Everything would depend on Experience, Knowledge, Existing CTC


Desired Candidate Profile:

-Knowledge of Real Estate Sales is a MUST !

- Leadership Skills.

- Should be good at communicating in English and Hindi. Gujarati & Marathi would be a great add-on.

- Good Presentation and Negotiation skills.

- Has good knowledge of MS Excel & Word.

- Must be Street Smart

- Knowledge of CRM

- Excellence in sales and marketing with a positive attitude and team-playing ability.

- A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.

- To enjoy networking and meeting new people.

- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring win-win outcomes: having a minimum experience of 3 years in senior positions in procuring assignments and closing deals
