Job Description

Evergreen Square is a premium upcoming commercial real estate project in Noida. We are looking for Site Sales & Leasing Executives who are comfortable working on-site at a commercial project as well as from the office.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy field work, client interaction, property site visits, and closing deals rather than desk-based or digital marketing roles.

Key Responsibilities


On-site & Field Sales Activities

  • Engage with walk-in clients and prospects at the project site
  • Conduct site visits and explain the commercial project, layout, and future potential
  • Coordinate with channel partners and brokers for lead generation
  • Assist in sales discussions, negotiations, and deal closures
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with interested buyers and investors

Offline Marketing & Promotions

  • Support on-ground promotional activities (site events, banners, hoardings, site branding, etc.)
  • Participate in exhibitions, property events, and local activations
  • Collect market feedback and competitor insights from the field

Office Coordination

  • Maintain basic lead records and follow-up status
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and sales support
  • Prepare simple sales reports and daily activity updates


Who Should Apply (IMPORTANT)

We are ONLY looking for candidates who:

  • Are comfortable working at a construction/project site
  • Are willing to do field sales + office work
  • Enjoy face-to-face client interaction and negotiations
  • Are based in Noida / Greater Noida or comfortable commuting daily



Preferred Profile

  • Experience in real estate sales, leasing, channel sales, or field sales (commercial or residential)
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in real estate sales are welcome
  • Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
  • Self-driven, presentable, and confident with clients
