• Expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
• Proficiency in monitoring and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
• Scripting skills (Python, Go, or Bash)
• Cloud certifications (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Knowledge of SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Incident management and blameless postmortems
