Site Reliability Engineer

Were looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our ERP platform.

• Own production reliability, monitoring, and alerting.
• Run incidents, postmortems, and reduce manual work.
• Maintain hybrid infra (AWS + Hetzner) with Pulumi + Ansible.
• Define SLIs/SLOs and use error budgets to guide deploys.

• 2+ years of experience in SRE / DevOps / infrastructure roles with real production ownership.
• Strong Linux and networking fundamentals.
• Real production incident experience.
• Infrastructure as Code mindset (Terraform or Pulumi).
• Experience with configuration management (Ansible or similar).
• Comfortable working with both cloud and bare metal.
• Automation-first, low-toil mentality.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.

• Prometheus / Grafana / Loki or similar.
• Security basics (IAM, secrets, access control).

• Just restart the service, sysadmins.
• AWS-only engineers are uncomfortable outside managed services.
• People who need everything predefined for them.
