JOB DESCRIPTION

Conduct performance testing and optimization for applications and infrastructure to ensure scalability and availability

Monitor system reliability and implement chaos engineering practices to proactively identify and mitigate potential system vulnerabilities

Define and manage Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and error budgets

Provide debugging and support for applications, with a thorough understanding of REST APIs

Skills Required:

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Proven track record of independently executing customer-facing roles and building effective teams
• Demonstrated ability in working on RFPs/proposals

Technical Skills:

• Strong experience with software engineering and development in .NET, Go, Python, C++, Ruby, Java, or similar
• Proficiency in writing exporters and collectors, and instrumenting services
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and automation across applications/services and infrastructure management

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
