Site Reliability Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SRE Engineer ll Bangalore ll 4-7 yrs. of exp to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Laravel framework, RESTful APIs, and database-driven applications, with a focus on clean code and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews to ensure system stability and continuous improvement.
• Design, build, and maintain highly reliable and scalable systems in a cloud-native environment.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system reliability, availability, and performance.
• Develop and maintain backend services using Java (Spring Boot) or Python or Go.
• Implement and manage infrastructure on AWS using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Set up and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or Production/Platform Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Incident Management and on-call support.
• Backend development experience in Java (Spring Boot) or Python or Go.
• Solid experience with AWS Cloud services.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.

Good to Have

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and pipelines.
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices.
• Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments.
