Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Application Support Engineer (DevOps Exposure) with strong Kubernetes expertise to manage containerized applications, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in deployment automation, cluster management, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Kubernetes clusters (EKS / AKS / On-Prem)
• Deploy, scale, and troubleshoot containerized applications
• Design and manage Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
• Build and manage Docker images
• Deploy applications using Helm charts
• Integrate Git workflows into CI/CD processes
• Monitor applications and infrastructure (Dynatrace exposure preferred)
• Handle SSL & self-signed certificate renewals
• Perform Linux server administration (Prod / Pre-Prod / Test)
• Middleware support: JBoss & Tomcat
• Manage deployments across environments
• Support Incident, Change & Problem Management processes

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Kubernetes
• Experience building and managing Jenkins pipelines
• Expertise in Docker & Containerization
• Good understanding of Git workflows
• Experience with Helm, EKS, OpenShift
• Exposure to AWS or Azure

Good to Have

• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Ansible)
• SRE mindset and automation practices
• Experience managing large-scale production environments
