Site Planning Designer

The Site Planning service provides site preparation specifications, installation requirements, facility space allocation, construction requirements and as-builts utilizing the following tools: Preferred Room Layouts (PRLs) and standard reference site preparation drawings (SRDs); a site-specific preliminary equipment plan based on specific equipment selected by the customer; consultation for spatial design modifications to improve functionality and required operating clearances/optimization; site-specific final drawings detailing all preparation requirements that will be provided prior to delivery of the equipment and site specific as-built drawings detailing the final installed equipment placement through Architectural, Structural, and Electrical details
 

Job Description:-

• Monitors modality-specific site planning requirements, encompassing construction, layout, and installation
• Participates in the development of efficient site layouts that optimize space utilization and workflow efficiency while adhering to Philips’ standards and regulatory requirements
• Preparation to meet customer needs safely and effectively Preparing of architectural floor plans from provided sketches/plans in AutoCAD.
• Creating of site preparation drawings for the assigned modality
• Creating of room designs for projects for the assigned modality
• Conducts quality assessments of site planning deliverables to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and customer requirements to maintain customer satisfaction.
• You will work closely with Customer Project Managers, architects, contractors, and internal teams to develop detailed site-specific drawings and provide expert consultation on spatial layout and installation requirements.
• To produces these deliverables to the agreed time lines and the agreed quality standards.
• Assists in addressing knowledge support requests and sessions, integrating and implementing LEAN principles into practice, working under general supervision

Education & Training

Bachelor’s degree -Specialized training (preferred in Engineering, Architecture, Lean, Operational Excellence and 6 Sigma, with 4+years of experience
 

Preferred Skills (Technical/Functional Skills)

• AutoCAD 2D/3D,
• Skills & experience on Building services & architectural drawings
• AutoCAD technical interview is part of the hiring process.
