Site Operation Manager

Job Role: Site Operation Manager | KR Mangalam World School (6 Campuses, Delhi NCR)

Location: Delhi NCR (travel across campuses required)

At KR Mangalam World School, we believe great education starts with great infrastructure. We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take full ownership of facilities, vendor management, and campus operations across all 6 of our schools.

What you'll do: -

• Oversee renovation, construction & maintenance projects.
• Manage all external contractors and service vendors.
• Coordinate between in-house teams and outside agencies.
• Track budgets, timelines & report directly to leadership.
• Be the go-to person for all operational matters across campuses.

You're a great fit if you have: -

1. 5+ years in operations, facilities, or project management.
2. Experience handling multiple sites simultaneously.
3. Strong vendor negotiation and contractor management skills.
4. A problem-solver mindset with excellent follow-through.
