As we scale, were looking for a fashion-savvy, data-driven Site Merchandiser to elevate our on-site experience.
- Role Overview As a Site Merchandiser, youll be the custodian of our D2C storefront. Your mission is to ensure the right products are highlighted, the right banners are visible, and every collection tells a story that converts browsers into buyers. You will combine aesthetic judgment with analytics to shape the customer journeyfrom homepage to checkout.
- Key Responsibilities Site Merchandising & Planning Own daily and weekly updates to the homepage, collections, and landing pages on the Shopify site. Pin and prioritize the most relevant and trending productsbased on fashion cycles, campaign moments, and inventory health. Work with the creative team to refresh homepage banners, visuals, and collection layouts. Build curated collections such as New Drops, Best Sellers, Back-in-Stock, or Gen Z Picks. Analytical Optimization Analyze product and collection performance using metrics like CTR, CVR, bounce rate, and exit points. Identify low-performing SKUs and propose replacements or repositioning. Monitor heatmaps, scroll maps, and navigation data to enhance merchandising logic. Conversion-Focused Execution Use tools like Shopify Search & Discovery, Gempages/Shogun to improve product discovery and layout flow. Ensure all products have complete and optimized content: titles, descriptions, tags, filters, and size guides. Align closely with paid and retention teams to drive campaign-linked merchandising (e.g., banner to collection link logic). Shopify & Tech Tools Confident in using Shopify backend for product/collection updates, scheduling, tagging, etc. Experience with merchandising apps, dynamic filters, and bundling tools. Coordinate with tech teams for advanced changes, if needed, or app integration.
- Requirements 24 years of experience in fashion/lifestyle e-commerce merchandising. Strong fashion sensibility with the ability to curate visually appealing collections. Proficiency with Shopify and a good understanding of online customer journeys. Sharp analytical skills to interpret performance data and adjust strategies quickly. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across design, content, tech, and marketing. Bonus: Experience with CRO tools, Figma/basic design editing, or fashion copywriting.
