Job Title: Site Head Commercial Sales

Location: Pune

Experience:


* 610 years of experience in commercial/ Residential real estate sales

* Strong track record in leading on-site commercial sales operations

* Experience in handling office, retail, and mixed-use commercial projects


Key Responsibilities:


* Take complete ownership of site-level revenue targets and P&L performance

* Lead, mentor, and drive performance of the on-site commercial sales team

* Manage walk-ins, scheduled meetings, and key client negotiations

* Work closely with developers, channel partners, CRM, and internal stakeholders

* Ensure high standards of site presentation, process adherence, and customer experience

* Monitor pipeline, closures, and reporting to drive consistent target achievement


Ideal Candidate:


* Strong leadership presence with excellent decision-making ability

* Proven expertise in commercial/ Residential deal structuring and negotiations

* In-depth understanding of the Pune commercial real estate market

* Ability to drive both mandated and non-mandated project sales
