Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in building construction

Strong technical knowledge in site execution, materials, and drawings

Ability to coordinate with contractors, vendors, and clients

Good client interaction and communication skills

Kannada speaking is mandatory (speaking proficiency only)

Ability to handle daily site supervision, quality checks, and reporting
