Role Description

1- full-time on-site role for a Site Engineer located in Delhi NCR and open to relocate for any location in India.
2- The Site Engineer will oversee on-site operations, ensure adherence to project timelines, and maintain quality control standards. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, coordinating with contractors, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and assisting in structural and civil engineering-related tasks to deliver high-quality workspace fit-outs.
3- Experience - 2-3 years in office interior field.
4- Bike is mendatory.

Qualifications

Proficiency in on-site project management and supervision
Strong communication abilities to coordinate effectively with teams and stakeholders
Experience in quality control processes to ensure project standards are met
Background in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering practices
Detail-oriented, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks
Familiarity with construction safety standards and protocols
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required
Previous experience in office interiors or similar fit-out projects is a plus
