Site Engineer - Solar EPC

We are seeking a full-time Site Engineer for our Solar EPC projects. The selected candidate will oversee on-site operations, ensure project execution aligns with quality and safety standards, and coordinate project timelines and team activities. The Site Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage installations, supervise structural and civil engineering processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve challenges in real-time. This is an on-site role based in Delhi, India.

• Proficiency in on-site management with hands-on experience in supervising solar EPC projects.
• Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Expertise in quality control and adherence to safety and project standards.
• Solid knowledge and experience in structural and civil engineering principles, particularly within solar energy systems.
• A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail and project deadlines.
• Familiarity with solar energy systems, technologies, and industry-specific software is a plus.
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability to handle on-site challenges effectively.
