SITE ENGINEER - (MARVEL RESORTS PVT. LTD)

Role Overview:

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities to ensure project timelines, quality, and safety are maintained.
• Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and ensure adherence on-site.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to align with project plans and specifications.

• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and codes.
• Conduct inspections and testing at various stages of construction.
• Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to avoid delays.

• Maintain accurate site records, including work progress, material consumption, and site reports.
• Manage and supervise site workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure that the site complies with safety regulations and that workers follow safety protocols.

• Act as a liaison between the project manager, architects, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Provide technical advice and support to on-site teams.

• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the Project Manager.
• Highlight potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Document changes or deviations from the original design.

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience as a Site Engineer, preferably in hospitality or high-end construction projects.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction-related software.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulations.
• Experience in MEP coordination and interior finishing will be an advantage.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Full-time, on-site position.
• May require extended hours to meet project deadlines.
• Exposure to construction site conditions, including dust, noise, and varying weather.
