Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Collaborate with engineers, architects, and clients to determine project specifications and requirements.

2.Negotiate contracts with external vendors and subcontractors to reach profitable agreements.

3.Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities for Interior construction activities.

4.Determine required resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish, ensuring adherence to budgetary limitations.

5.Plan all Interior construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to meet project deadlines.

6.Acquire equipment and materials and monitor stocks to handle inadequacies in a timely manner.

7.Hire contractors, subcontractors, and other staff as needed, and allocate responsibilities effectively.

8.Supervise the work of site associates and subcontractors, providing guidance and support when necessary.

9.Evaluate project progress regularly and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.

10. Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards on-site and report any issues or concerns promptly.

Requirement and skills:

1.Proven experience as a construction project manager, preferably in interior turnkey contracting.

2.In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.

3.Familiarity with quality, health, and safety standards in the construction industry.

4.Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with construction/project management software.

5.Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

6.Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

7.A team player with strong leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate and inspire others.

8.Diploma/BE in Civil Engineering, Building Science, or a relevant field.
