Role Overview:

We are seeking a Site Engineer with hands-on knowledge of false ceiling, tiling, painting, wood working, site marking, and MEP coordination. The ideal candidate should be able to manage on-site execution, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and ensure projects are completed on time with the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site execution of interior fitouts including false ceiling, tiling, painting, wood working, and MEP works.
• Conduct accurate site marking and review drawings for execution feasibility.
• Monitor material usage, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain site safety standards.
• Coordinate with designers, vendors, and contractors to meet project timelines.
• Inspect and report site progress, prepare daily/weekly updates, and resolve site-level issues.
• Ensure January Designs premium quality standards are maintained across all finishes.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Engineering or related field.
• 12 years of proven experience in interior fitout projects (residential/commercial).
• Practical knowledge of false ceiling, tiling, painting, wood working, site marking, and MEP execution.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
