Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day to day site activities
• Ensure execution of work as per drawings , specifications and quality standards
• Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly repots and coordinate with the project team.
• Manage contractors, labours ,and material requirements efficiently.
• Maintain safety protocols and compliance with statutory regulations.
• Resolve technical/ site issues promptly to avoid project delays.

Qualifications

• Btech/ Mtech civil with minimum of 5 years of experience handling big commercial or high rise projects.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using site measurement tools.
• Excellent leadership, problem solving and communication skills.
• Hands on experience in High rise construction.
