Site Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Site Engineer at Harishmane Infratech Pvt Ltd. The Site Engineer will oversee and manage construction activities, ensure project quality standards, and monitor project progress. Responsibilities will also include reviewing structural designs, implementing safety protocols, and coordinating with team members and stakeholders for successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in on-site project management and coordination within construction or civil engineering domains
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and contractors
• Proficiency in quality control processes and ability to ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards
• Knowledge and experience in structural engineering and civil engineering principles
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
• Experience of minimum 2 years in construction
