Job Description
On site execution of luxury interior and mep works at projects in Delhi NCR region.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer, based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring project plans are implemented effectively and in accordance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with team members, supervising on-site activities, monitoring progress, ensuring timely billing, ensuring quality control, and resolving any operational challenges that arise on the site.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in on-site management and supervision, ensuring work progresses efficiently and on schedule
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, contractors, and stakeholders
- Experience in quality control processes to ensure compliance with established standards and project specifications
- Knowledge and expertise in Luxury Interior practices and design principles
- A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Knowledge of MS Office and billing as per DSR and proper mode of measurement.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make timely decisions under pressure
- Previous experience in a similar role within the Interior or construction industry is preferred
