Site Engineer - Electrical Project Execution (Showroom/Hotels/Commercial Projects)

Job Description:

• On-site / office-based role with regular site visits as per project requirements.
• Plan, execute, and supervise site activities to ensure timely and quality project completion.
• Monitor execution as per approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project schedules.
• Manage electrical contractors and installation teams; ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with vendors for material installation, manpower deployment, and execution planning.
• Develop, onboard, and manage installation vendors; track performance and resolve execution issues.
• Conduct site inspections, progress reviews, and coordinate corrective actions where required.
• Prepare and submit project documentation including pre-project planning reports, interim progress reports, and final completion reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and clients for smooth project execution and handover.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline.
• 26 years of experience in electrical / lighting / MEP site execution.
• Strong understanding of site execution processes and safety norms.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel as per project needs.
