Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in Interior fit-its and modular works
• Ability to independently handle site supervision
• Experience managing carpenters, plumbers, electricians, painters and other trades
• Capability to guide and support onsite workers for smooth execution
• Responsible for material management at site
• Endure adherence to project timelines and quality standards
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Knowledge of floor plans, space plans and AutoCad
• Must be a team player contributing to the company's growth
• Flexible with working hours based on site requirements and work completion

Preferred Skills

• Civil Engineer
• Hands-On site experience in residential / commercial interiors
• Problem solving and decision making on site
• Basic knowledge of drawings and measurements
