Site core Lead

Responsibilities:

As a Sitecore Engineer, you will develop solutions on top of Sitecore CMS and guide fellow Frontend developers on best integration practices with Sitecore.

As a Sitecore expert, you will also consult and educate content managers on the best practices of using Sitecore.

Your responsibilities

• Developing Sitecore components and solutions, our technology stack is Sitecore 10.x.x, JSS, Docker & Kubernetes (AWS)
• Guiding frontend developers on best practices of Sitecore implementation
• Consulting content managers on best practices of using Sitecore
• As a senior developer, you will also help other Sitecore developers grow through coaching, mentoring, and pair programming
• Supporting the LeasePlan developer community by giving talks on the company's internal meetups,
• Advocating for the best practices in development,
• Developing people through coaching, mentoring, and management support,
• Assisting our recruitment teams in finding the right people, and
• Doing whatever it takes to help LeasePlan Digital get the right solutions implemented to deliver value to customers around the globe,
• Monitoring production workloads (currently, we use Datadog).

Profile Required:

Your background and skills

Must have

• Strong proficiency in C# .NET
• Knowledge of Sitecore core concepts and its extensibility points
• Experience building RESTful APIs
• Experience with Helix architecture
• Experience with any Cloud platform (AWS/GCP/Azure/)
• Familiarity with modern CI/CD, code versioning, and QA tools and processes
• The confidence to speak up when you think something can be done better or smarter and the ability to accept compromises when necessary,
• The ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements, and
• An agile mindset and experience with Scrum or other methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with Sitecore JSS
• Experience with Docker
• Frontend (React) experience
