Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Coordinator (Interior) based in Chennai. The Site Coordinator will oversee and manage interior projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, vendors, and project teams, managing schedules, monitoring progress, procuring materials, conducting site inspections, and resolving any on-site issues. The role also involves maintaining effective communication and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong project management, organization, and time-management skills
• Knowledge of interior design principles and ability to interpret technical drawings and plans
• Experience in vendor and stakeholder coordination
• Ability to handle on-site challenges and find practical solutions
• Proficiency in tools and software related to interior project planning and execution
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
• Degree or certification in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Relevant work experience in interior coordination or a related field is advantageous
