About Co-Living What We Do

Zolos Co-Living business focuses on creating ready-to-move-in homes that customers can trust from Day 1. From room readiness and utilities to safety and first impressions, every detail matters.

The Customer Experience team plays a critical role here. This team ensures that when a property goes live, it is not just openbut fully ready .

Activation is where planning meets reality. This is the function that turns a physical building into a live, bookable Zolo home.

Role Overview Why This Role Matters

As an Activations Manager , you own the launch of new Co-Living properties from start to finish. Your job is simplebut not easy: make sure the property is fully ready on Day 1.

This is a hands-on, on-site role. You will work closely with vendors, workers, and internal teams to fix issues, close gaps, and deliver a ready propertyon time.

What Youll Do (Day-to-Day Impact)

• Own end-to-end activation of new properties before go-live
• Plan daily tasks to prepare rooms, utilities, furniture, and common areas
• Be present on-site to supervise vendors and workers
• Identify snags (defects, incomplete work) and get them fixed quickly
• Coordinate with Ops, Leasing, IT, and other teams for readiness
• Conduct final quality and safety checks before launch
• Ensure the property is fully ready for Day-1 bookings
• Hand over a live, customer-ready property to operations

Who Can Apply

Education (Go / No-Go):

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil (mandatory with experience)
• Diploma or Engineering (BE / B.Tech) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil preferred
• Other degrees can be considered if on-ground activation experience is strong

Experience & Skills:

• 3+ years in property activation, site execution, fit-outs, or pre-opening roles
• Hands-on experience managing on-site workers and vendors
• Ability to identify and close snags before go-live
• Basic troubleshooting knowledge of lights, taps, locks, furniture
• Experience in Co-Living, Hotels, Fit-Outs, Facilities, or Real Estate preferred
