Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Control and Safety:
  • They ensure that construction work meets quality standards and that all safety regulations are followed.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Site engineers communicate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned and informed.
  • Resource Management:
  • They are responsible for managing resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to ensure they are available when needed.
  • Documentation:
  • Site engineers maintain accurate records of all project activities, including progress reports, work orders, and change orders.
  • Additional Responsibilities may include:

    • Developing cost estimates and budgets for projects .
    • Procuring necessary materials and equipment .
    • Supervising and monitoring the work of subcontractors and other construction staff .
