Molyar is a growing Architectural & Interior Design practice specialising in hospitality projects including hotels, restaurants, banquets, and commercial spaces. We are expanding our team and seeking a motivated Site Civil Engineer who can act as the bridge between design and execution, ensuring that the teams vision translates seamlessly to on-site reality.

Role Overview

The Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for:

• Coordinating between the design studio and site teams/vendors
• Managing project execution schedules and ensuring technical accuracy
• Handling drawings, BOQs, material specifications, finishes, and vendor deliverables
• Overseeing MEP coordination and integration in line with design intent
• Acting as a project manager for multiple sites, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and quality standards
• Reporting directly to the Principal Architect/Founder

Key Responsibilities

• Translate design intent into construction-ready drawings and vendor packages
• Prepare / review BOQs, specifications, and material schedules
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants on-site for execution
• Monitor quality control during construction & ensure compliance with design drawings
• Ensure seamless integration of MEP services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting) into architectural design
• Conduct weekly progress review meetings with Site Engineers/Vendors
• Identify design discrepancies or site challenges early & propose solutions
• Maintain project timelines and budgets, escalating concerns to management as needed
• Document project progress and prepare status reports for clients/internal team

Mandatory Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors/Masters Degree in Civil Engineering
• 47 years of experience in civil engineering & project management (hospitality experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing, finishes, material selection, and BOQ preparation
• Good understanding of MEP design coordination
• Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and contractors simultaneously
• Strong skills in Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), MS Project/Primavera (project scheduling tools), and MS Excel/Sheets
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Salary, Perks & Benefits:

20k-30k per month based on interview performance
