Kingfisher Telecom is hiring a hands-on Civil Site Engineer to oversee the upgrade and fit-out of an existing commercial building in Gurgaon. This role is focused on practical site execution, coordination, and delivery.

We are looking for someone with strong on-site experience who can manage contractors and ensure the project is completed on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site activities including painting, flooring, ceilings, basic electrical work, and finishing tasks
• Coordinate and manage contractor teams and labour
• Ensure proper sequencing of work to avoid delays
• Monitor daily progress and maintain quality standards
• Ensure timely availability of materials and resources
• Provide daily updates on site progress
• Maintain site discipline and safety standards
• Support timely project completion

Requirements:

• 28 years of hands-on site execution experience
• Experience working on commercial or industrial building projects
• Strong coordination and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable managing multiple trades on site
• Reliable, disciplined, and execution-focused
• Based in or willing to work full-time in Gurgaon
