Site Architect/Site-Incharge (Mumbai)

Location: Mumbai

Reports To: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Supervision: Oversee all on-site activities on daily basis, monitor progress, and ensure work aligns with project plans, specifications,and quality standards.
• Team Management: Day to day supervision of workers, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring schedules are met.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact between clients, engineers,architect s, and internal management, reporting on progress and addressing any concerns that arise.
• Health & Safety: Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with health codes and safety protocols.
• Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, order materials, and ensure that necessary tools and equipment are available.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and submit site reports, maintain accurate records of progress, check drawings.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve delays, issues, and conflicts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree inArchitect ure/ Interior Design/ Civil Engineering
• Minimum 1 years of experience insite management or construction supervision .
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality control.
• Good Communciation
• Proficiency insite management software and reporting tools.
