Site Architect

RS90 Design Studio is looking for a Site Architect to handle large-scale commercial and residential projects across Delhi/NCR. This is a hybrid OfficeSite role requiring strong execution skills and hands-on site experience.

Location: Gurgaon (Office)

Project Sites: Delhi/NCR

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years

Compensation: 712 LPA (based on experience and capability)

Key Responsibilities:

• On-site execution for large commercial projects (malls/shopping complex) and premium residences
• Vendor and contractor coordination
• BOQ preparation and material planning
• Understanding of structural drawings and detailing
• Site supervision, quality checks, and timeline management
• Coordination with PMC and consultants

Technical Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and site processes
• Proven experience managing projects on-site.
