Retail Expansion & Site Acquisition

Location: Delhi / NCR

We are looking for dynamic professionals with strong experience in Retail Expansion, Site Acquisition, or Business Development within QSR, Retail, or Hospitality to drive aggressive store growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Site Identification & Evaluation:

Identify, evaluate, and acquire prime retail locations through market research, feasibility analysis, and competition mapping.

End-to-End Site Acquisition:

Manage the complete site acquisition lifecycle including shortlisting, due diligence, financial analysis, lease negotiations, documentation, and handover for store launch.

Coordinate closely with legal, finance, projects, and operations teams.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, developers, landowners, IPCs, and retail real-estate partners.

Maintain a robust pipeline aligned with the companys expansion strategy.

Expansion Strategy & Reporting:

Support annual expansion plans and ensure timely store rollouts.

Prepare site-wise ROI projections, MIS reports, and dashboards for leadership review.

Desired Profile

1015 years of experience in Retail Expansion / Site Acquisition / Business Development

Strong exposure to Delhi/NCR retail real estate market

Excellent negotiation, analytical, and commercial assessment skills

Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills
