JD:

Implements identity lifecycle automation (joiner/mover/leaver) and access provisioning workflows leveraging outofthebox features and standard patterns.
Configures and supports MFA, SSO, and federation (e.g., OAuth2/OIDC, SAML), including Level 1/2 troubleshooting.
Builds, tests, and supports connectors and API/SCIM integrations (prefer OOTB; refactor customizations as directed).
Assists in CI/CD for IAM code/config (branching, build, deploy, rollback); follows change management and SDLC controls.
Develops scripts for operational automation (Python/PowerShell), including job scheduling, data quality checks, and error handling.
Monitors and responds to IAM platform alerts, availability, and performance; contributes to runbooks and playbooks.
Supports access certification jobs, attestation campaigns, and remediation workflows.
Documents technical configurations, mappings, and runbooks; contributes to standards and knowledge base articles.
Participates in incident response and postmortems; applies fixes and hygiene improvements.
Captures and reports engineering metrics (e.g., success/failure rates, latency, backlog throughput).

WORK EXPERIENCE:

2+ years of directly related experience in IAM or broader information security domains
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
