The Role:

As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software meets client requirements, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support project goals, and overseeing the implementation of solutions that enhance product functionality and efficiency. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software development process aligns with best practices and industry standards, while also mentoring junior team members to foster their growth and development.

Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.

Should have influencing and advisory skills.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.

Mentor junior professionals to enhance their technical and soft skills.

Currently playing a Delivery Lead,Practice COE in existing organization.

Skills Required:

Must To Have SkillsProficiency in Siemens Teamcenter.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.

Experience with software configuration management tools.

Ability to analyze and optimize software performance.

Familiarity with integration techniques for various software systems.

He has ability to propose solution, build, solution and capability in multiple Siemens Application like Teamcenter, Opcenter, Capital, Tecnomatix, NX.

He has experience in multiple application Integration like Teamcenter & S4 HANA, NX, Capital.

Qualifications and Experience:

The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter.
